Quadric Event Details

1. The event is an ECOOP VI quadric event, in which the player will participate in four simultaneous tournaments.

2. The Quadric Event will serve as a "No Play" holding tournament.

3. Registration will be finalized half an hour before the event.

4. The tournament may take about 15 minutes to begin (after its scheduled start time).

5. At starting time, all registered players will start playing at four different quadric events, simultaneously.

6. Players who register to this event must be able to open at least eight windows at the same time (tournament table and lobby for each of the four tournaments), in order to participate in this event.

7. Prizes:

• The total prizes in all four tournaments will be 60% of the total guarantee or total buy-ins, whichever is higher.
• The 60% will be split equally between all four tournaments, and will be paid out to all the participating players according to the regular payout structure of the event.
• The remaining 40% will be awarded to the players via real correction, based on their combined ranks on each of the four tournaments. The payout of the remaining 40% will be according to the same payout structure as in all four tournaments.
• The winner of the quadric event leaderboard will be the event and watch winner.

8. In case of a tie in players' leaderboard rank, we will check the players' position on the tournament that ended third (out of the four). The player who finished at a higher position will be ranked before the other. In case both players are ranked the same after the third tournament as well, we will check their rank on the second, and so on.

9. Interrupted tournaments: the regular interruption payments mechanism will not be applicable towards this event (and its four tournaments). Interruption payments will be done as follows:

• In case of interruption prior to the bubble stage: the entire tournament will replay from start (a message with the exact date and time will be sent to all card rooms).
• In case of interruption post to the bubble stage: points will be awarded to the players according to each players chip stack at the time of interruption. Prizes will be given as per the regular interruption payments mechanism.

ECOOP VI - Terms and Conditions

1. First prizes at Super Satellites are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

2. Any individual player can win only one seat at a Super Satellite and the corresponding mainland Main Event.

3. Participants in Super Satellites must be at least 18 years of age, unless specified differently.

4. Players are responsible to have a valid passport and all other documentation necessary to participate in mainland poker tournaments.

5. Players from the same IP address, or from the same household, are not eligible to participate in Super Satellite promotions.

6. A player found trying to enter with more than one account into a tournament will not be eligible for Super Satellite promotions.

7. The use of offensive language at the tournaments will disqualify a player from participating in Super Satellite promotions.

8. Any player found colluding during the course of a tournament will be disqualified and his account will be frozen.

9. Any player found to be "soft playing" in order to allow another player to win during the course of a tournament will have his account frozen.

10. Any withdrawals made on any winnings at the tournaments are subject to Noble Poker's standard withdrawal procedure and collusion check.

11. By qualifying for Super Satellite promotions, players agree that their real names, aliases, images, moving images, spoken/written quotes and/or amounts won, can be used for online and offline promotional purposes.

12. By entering the Super Satellite promotions, players agree that, should they win a mainland poker tournament seat, they will wear Noble Poker apparel (hats and/or T-Shirts) in accordance with the instructions of Noble Poker management.

13. Noble Poker shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any winner of a Super Satellite Package as a direct or indirect result of accepting the mainland poker tournament seat.

14. All decisions made by the Noble Poker management are final.

15. Noble Poker cannot advise on the tax position of winners, as some jurisdictions treat poker wins as tax free, while in other jurisdictions such proceeds are taxable. If the winnings are taxable in a player's jurisdiction, the player is solely responsible to keep track of and report his/her winnings to the appropriate authorities. Likewise, Noble Poker cannot advise on whether the playing of poker over the Internet is lawful in a player's jurisdiction.

16. Noble Poker has the right to stop its promotions, or change their conditions at any time.
